SOC Team Lead
Location: Billericay – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £50,000
A growing UK MSP is looking for a SOC Team Lead to join their expanding security function.
You'll lead a team of around 10 analysts, owning the day-to-day security helpdesk, managing escalations and SLAs, and driving improvements across processes, playbooks, and documentation.

You'll also support client security reviews, Microsoft 365 hardening, configuration audits, and incident response.

We're looking for:
- Experience leading or acting as a senior member of a SOC/security operations team within MSP/MSSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 security knowledge — Defender, Entra ID & Purview
- Experience building processes, playbooks, and security standards
- Strong ticket/alert triage and client communication skills
- People leadership and resource/rota planning experience
- Security certifications such as Security+, SC-200, or equivalent are advantageous
