Social Media Manager Intern
Remote · Unpaid Internship · Krudify
About Krudify
Krudify is a UK-based creative marketing and technology agency helping ambitious businesses across the UK, US and Australia build brands people notice and marketing that actually performs.
We bring together strategy, branding, social media, content, advertising, web and AI-led growth to create digital experiences built for attention, engagement and conversion.
We’re a growing agency, which means we move fast, experiment often and believe good ideas can come from anyone in the room including interns.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who understands that social media is more than simply posting content.
You’ll work alongside our creative and marketing team on real client brands and live projects, helping us research, plan, create and manage content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants to learn how social media actually works inside a creative agency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting social media strategies and content planning for client accounts
- Researching trends, competitors, audiences and emerging content opportunities
- Writing captions, post copy and platform-specific content
- Building and maintaining content calendars
- Coordinating with graphic designers, video editors and other creatives
- Scheduling and publishing content across social platforms
- Supporting community management, including comments and DMs
- Reviewing analytics and identifying what’s working — and what isn’t
- Bringing fresh concepts and ideas to campaigns and creative discussions
- Helping maintain a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
