This role involves managing key campaigns year-round for a portfolio of soft drink brands, requiring collaboration with strategy, creative, and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in social advocacy campaigns and high-performing assets that drive purchases, as well as the ability to lead complex accounts—both internally and externally.
The role demands:
- A keen awareness of trends, data, strategy, and community management across social platforms.
- The ability to incentivise teams and anticipate challenges for campaign success.
- Integrated marketing experience to complement social leadership.
Requirements & Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex social media projects, balancing creative vision and strategic alignment.
- Act as a trusted partner for mid-level clients, managing expectations and financial risk while fostering long-term collaboration.
- Proven track record of successfully executing paid and organic social strategies, spanning multiple platforms and campaign scales.
- Drive creative problem-solving, pioneering solutions that enhance processes, ideate innovative campaigns, and uphold brand narratives.
- Manage multi-layered stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams, with clarity and adaptability.
- Guarantee on-budget and on-time delivery, ensuring both financial and operational accountability.
- Champion creative and strategic alignment, bridging social goals with broader business objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven agency/brand experience in social media management, integrated marketing, and strategic execution.
- Full life-cycle campaign leadership (planning, execution, performance tracking).
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights, ensuring campaign efficacy.
- Exceptional communication (internal and client-facing) and client relationship skills.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgetary and commercial discussions.
- Confident stakeholder management in complex, matrix-organised environments.
- Autonomy and adaptability, problem-solving even under tight deadlines.
