More about the role:

We are looking for a Social Account Director to lead the activation and delivery of social workstreams for a major European fashion brand. This role will ensure that strategic thinking is translated into brilliant, well-managed social outputs across content, influencer, creator and community-led activity. You will be the operational heartbeat of the account, keeping work moving, teams aligned and delivery at a consistently high standard.

You will work closely with strategists, creatives, studio, influencer, PR and client teams to manage day-to-day delivery across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The role requires strong account leadership, excellent project management and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver social work efficiently, collaboratively and at pace.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of social workstreams, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard.
  • Translate agreed strategy into clear scopes, timelines, content plans, production requirements and delivery milestones.
  • Manage social content calendars, asset trackers, approvals, copy development, posting requirements and reporting inputs across multiple channels and markets.
  • Coordinate internal teams including strategy, creative, studio, influencer, PR and paid social to keep workstreams connected and moving efficiently.
  • Act as a key day-to-day client lead, managing updates, expectations, feedback, approvals and delivery conversations with confidence and clarity.
  • Oversee influencer and creator activation workflows, ensuring briefs, contracts, timelines, content reviews and deliverables are managed effectively.
  • Identify delivery risks early, problem-solve quickly and keep stakeholders informed of progress, dependencies and next steps.
  • Support performance reporting by gathering inputs, coordinating analysis and helping teams translate results into practical optimisation actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
