Social Account Director

Central London | Hybrid (3 Days Office) | Up to £62,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Ready to shape the future of social for some of the world's most exciting consumer brands?

We're partnering with one of London's most exciting independent creative agencies, renowned for delivering culturally relevant campaigns that genuinely connect with audiences. Working with an enviable portfolio of global clients across fashion, lifestyle, drinks and retail, this agency blends creativity, culture and strategy to produce work that people actually want to engage with.

Following continued growth, they're now looking for an experienced Social Account Director to lead integrated social campaigns, drive strategic client relationships and play a key role in the continued evolution of their social offering.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious agency with a fantastic culture, exceptional creative talent and the chance to influence campaigns that span multiple international markets.

The Role

As Social Account Director, you'll be the strategic lead across a portfolio of global clients, helping brands maximise the impact of their social presence through insight-led thinking, culturally relevant content and integrated campaign planning.

Working closely with strategy, creative, experiential and production teams, you'll ensure social sits at the heart of campaign development, amplifying brand experiences across every touchpoint and creating content that drives genuine engagement.

You'll be equally comfortable leading senior client conversations, developing commercial opportunities and mentoring the next generation of social talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
