SOCIAL LEAD | BRAND EXPERIENCE | LONDON | UP TO £65K
I'm working with one of London's leading Brand Experience agencies as they continue a seriously exciting period of growth.
Multi-award winning, globally connected and with a genuinely great culture, this is an agency creating culturally relevant work for some of the world's biggest consumer brands across Drinks, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Music, Fashion and Tech.
They're now looking for a Social Lead to help shape how they bring their world-class live and experiential work into culture through social.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with around 5–7 years' experience in a social first environment, who understands that great social isn't simply about posting content — it's about understanding culture, spotting opportunities, creating ideas and making brands relevant.
You'll lead social strategy across major client campaigns, bringing together the online and offline worlds and ensuring experiential campaigns have a life before, during and long after the physical experience.
You'll be the social voice within the agency, working closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Services and Production to develop ideas that work natively across platforms and genuinely resonate with audiences.
You'll be:
- Leading social strategy across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
- Keeping completely on top of social trends, behaviours, formats and cultural moments.
- Turning cultural insight into creative, social-first ideas.
- Bringing experiential and live campaigns to life through social before, during and after the activation.
- Developing content strategies, channel plans and always-on social programmes.
- Working with creators, influencers and communities to develop culturally relevant content.
- Collaborating with Creative and Production teams to ensure ideas translate brilliantly into social.
- Presenting strategic thinking and creative recommendations to senior clients.
- Identifying opportunities to grow social within existing client relationships and pitches.
- Understanding performance, analytics and what makes content genuinely effective.
- Helping shape the agency's wider social proposition as it continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
You'll have around 5–7 years' experience in social media, ideally gained within an agency environment, and be ready to take genuine ownership of social strategy and client relationships.
You'll combine strategic thinking, creativity and commercial awareness, with a genuine understanding of what makes people engage with content — not just what the latest trend is, but why it matters and how brands can use it authentically.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5–7 years' experience across social, ideally agency-side.
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and emerging social platforms.
- A strong understanding of youth culture, communities and digital behaviours.
- Experience turning insights and trends into creative campaign ideas.
- A genuine passion for connecting experiential, live and offline brand experiences with social.
- Strong client-facing skills and the gravitas to lead senior conversations.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to grow social services and accounts.
- Excellent strategic and presentation skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the desire to help build something rather than simply manage an existing function.
