The Role

As an Account Manager, you are the central hub for the luxury automotive brand's social media initiatives. You are the key day-to-day contact for clients and the internal team, responsible for managing social-first campaigns from briefing through to delivery. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with social strategists and creators, and using our intelligent operating system to manage workflows and report on campaign performance effectively.

This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with possibility to extend.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients on all social media campaign-related matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for social campaigns, including creating timelines, tracking budgets, and providing regular status updates.
  • Collaborate with Social Strategists and Creators to ensure client feedback is understood and actioned correctly.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for all social content, ensuring it meets brand and client requirements.
  • Utilise our intelligent operating system to manage project workflows, track deliverables, and assist in pulling performance reports.
  • Support the Account Director in financial management, including scoping new projects and tracking account profitability.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s brand, audience, and the social media landscape to contribute to strategic discussions.

Key Skills

  • Account Management: Proven experience in an agency-side account management role, with a strong focus on building positive client relationships.
  • Social Media Expertise: A solid understanding of social media marketing, including major platforms, content formats, and campaign activation processes.
  • Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate client needs clearly to internal teams and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial Awareness: Experience with managing project budgets and assisting with financial tracking and reporting.
  • AI & Technology Aptitude: A proactive approach to learning and using project management software and AI-powered platforms to drive efficiency.
