Social Media & Community Manager | Beauty Creator Community | £45K - £50K

This is a chance to lead social and community for a specialist beauty marketing business at a pivotal moment. Following recent investment, the business is evolving fast. It's building more technology into its creator platform and putting community at the centre of everything it does. We're looking for a strategic social thinker who loves beauty, isn't afraid of the camera, and wants to build a community that's genuinely active online and in real life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the social strategy across all channels, planning content against clear business objectives and growing followers, engagement and community participation
  • Be a visible, consistent presence on camera, fronting content that brings the brand's personality to life
  • Build community engagement well beyond inbox management, through in-person events, digital workshops, creator partnerships and education
  • Use performance data and insights to define success metrics and keep refining formats, channel mix and cadence
  • Manage and develop a junior team member who looks after day-to-day engagement, creator sourcing and content assets
  • Help shape the brand's direction during a period of real change, sharing community insight with the wider business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
