The Role
You will be the person who keeps our social media campaigns running through our busiest four months of the year. This is a coordination and project management role for someone with a passion for social and content marketing. You will need to be organised, and be able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Between September and December we have multiple social media campaigns live at once, including TikTok channels we run ourselves, and a host of content capture days across the UK.
You will own the day to day delivery across the client channels: planning and scheduling content, briefing and chasing content creators, moving footage through editing and approval, publishing, and reporting on what is working. You will also be on the content days themselves as a second phone camera, so you will need to be comfortable working with creators to capture content.
Your job is to make sure every channel has the content it needs, on time, on brand, and getting better every month.
If you love short-form video, if you understand why one TikTok flies and another does not, and if you want four months working in a fast-growing start-up with access to some of the largest brands in the world, this is for you.
What You Will Do
- Run the Monthly Content Cycle
- Own the content calendar for each live client channel, from monthly planning through to scheduled posts.
- Write and issue creator briefs that are specific enough to act on, with hooks, formats and reference content.
- Manage the monthly upload deadline, chase what is missing, and keep the pipeline full.
- Hand footage to our video editors with clear briefs, manage revision rounds, and hold the quality bar before anything reaches a client.
- Route content through client review and turn approvals around fast.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

-
Manage the Creators
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for every creator on the roster, across multiple client programmes.
- Keep creators motivated, engaged and posting, and flag drop-off before it becomes a gap in the calendar.
- Coach on the basics of good short-form: hooks, pacing, captions, lighting, sound, authenticity.
- Support creator recruitment rounds and help run in-person training days.
-
Be on the Content Days
- Work as an additional videographer on client capture days.
- Set up and run kit: phone rigs, mics, lighting, and keep the day moving to the shot list.
- Handle the paperwork in the room: consent and filming release forms signed on the day, names and roles logged against footage.
- Get footage off the devices and into the pipeline the same day, labelled and organised.
-
Publish, Optimise and Report
- Schedule and publish to TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Manage comments and community engagement on client channels.
- Track performance weekly, spot the patterns, and feed them back into the next round of briefs.
- Build the monthly client reports, with the numbers accurate and the story clear.
What We Are Looking For
- At least a year of hands-on experience in social, content, influencer or creator marketing, agency side, in-house or at a university. You have run a content cycle end to end before.
- Real fluency in short-form video. You watch it, you understand it, and you can tell within three seconds why something works, particularly on TikTok.
- You can shoot. Comfortable filming talking head and b-roll on a phone or a small camera, with a mic and a light, in an office, with people who are nervous about being on camera.
- Comfortable editing in CapCut or similar. You do not need to be a professional editor, but you should be able to cut something yourself when it is needed.
- Highly organised, with several plates spinning at once. You chase people without being annoying and you close loops without being asked.
- Genuinely comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work, whether for ideation, scripting, editing, research or workflow, and keen to find new ways to work smarter. We are a forward-thinking team and we want someone who experiments, not someone who waits to be shown. You will be provided with key AI tools to help you work effectively and efficiently.
- Warm, proactive and forward-thinking, with the confidence to bring new ideas.
- Free to start early September, and able to travel to client offices in London and occasionally elsewhere in the UK for training and content days. There are fixed content dates that you will need to be available for.
