Job title: Social & Content Specialist

Location: London, UK /Fully On-Site

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious automotive brand looking for a creative and hands-on Social & Content Specialist to help build its UK social presence from the ground up.

This is more than a social media management role. You'll combine strategy, content creation, community engagement, and creator partnerships, helping define how the brand connects with UK audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with the brand.
  • Create engaging Reels, TikToks, short-form video, photography, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Capture content at vehicle launches, events, and partnerships.
  • Adapt global content for UK audiences and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Identify and manage creator and influencer partnerships, from briefing through to delivery.
  • Build and engage the online community, managing comments, DMs, and user-generated content.
  • Work closely with PR, events, digital, retail marketing, brand teams, and creative agencies.
  • Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and platform developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyse social performance, produce reports, and use insights to optimise future content.

About You

  • 3-5 years' experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience creating social-first content for automotive, lifestyle, technology, or consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual judgement.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, photography, and/or videography.
  • Experience working with creators/influencers is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, GA4, or social analytics platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content planning and creative development.
  • Creative, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
