Role overview

We're looking for a social-first thinker who lives and breathes digital culture.

You'll be someone who spots trends before they appear in everyone's feed, understands what makes audiences stop scrolling and is passionate about using social platforms to solve real business challenges.

This is an opportunity to work across a fascinating mix of brands, sectors and audiences. One day you could be developing an influencer activation, the next shaping a LinkedIn strategy for senior leaders, building a content plan around a major campaign launch or uncovering insights from social listening that change the direction of a client's strategy.

You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, build client relationships and help shape the future of social within one of the UK's leading communications agencies.

As a Digital Manager at MHP Group, you will be:

Creating Social That Works

  • Developing social strategies that help brands build influence, reputation and engagement.
  • Creating audience-first content ideas designed for how people actually use platforms.
  • Staying on top of emerging trends, formats, creator behaviours and platform updates.
  • Turning insight into content that cuts through crowded feeds.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
