Senior Acquisition Manager
We’re looking for a growth obsessed Senior Acquisition Manager to sit at the intersection of Paid Search and Social Performance. You will be reporting to the Head of Paid Media and will be responsible for delivering measurable, revenue-focused outcomes across your client portfolio, collaborating with organic performance/SEO, organic social, influencer, and content teams, and helping develop holistic strategies that drive growth for your clients in an ever-changing digital marketing environment.
This is a client-facing role with largely autonomous ownership of your client accounts. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, performance- and growth-obsessed, and is a self-starter. Someone who seeks solutions, rather than simply surfacing problems, when faced with a challenge.
The overarching objectives are simple, but not easy: drive industry-leading performance, provide proactive communication, and maximise retention across your client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Management & Growth
- Ensure performance activity is directly tied to client goals and operating in concert with the strategy laid out by the client Brand Lead
- Lead client presentations, translating complex strategies into clear commercial outcomes
Performance Strategy (Organic + Paid Integration)
- Deliver and execute strategies and performance plans that drive meaningful improvements to the client accounts (Google & Meta as core channels, with additional platforms as required)
- Align paid data with organic strategy to drive efficiency and scale
Project / Time Management
- Take personal ownership of timelines, output quality, and accountability across accounts
- Drive operational excellence through consistent use of internal systems and processes
Agency Representation
- Act as a public-facing representative of CEEK’s performance offering
- Contribute to positioning CEEK as a market leader in integrated performance marketing
- Support thought leadership, content, and client-facing materials where required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong working knowledge of Paid Media, particularly Google and Meta
- Proven experience managing high-value client relationships
- Experience presenting complex strategies to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Desirable
- Experience across additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or LinkedIn
- Exposure to AI-led search, AI Visibility, or emerging search trends
- Experience working with fast-scaling DTC brands, luxury, hospitality, or retail clients
Tools & Ways of Working
- ClickUp for project management and task ownership
- Google Drive for structured documentation and collaboration
- Slack for internal communication
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools (we use Claude) to enhance output and efficiency
Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Growth in retained client revenue
- Client retention and expansion
- Increase in average deal size across clients
Compensation & Progression
- Starting salary: £40K-£50K
- Eligibility for a comprehensive bonus scheme post-probation, linked to:
- Revenue contribution
- Overall company performance
