Social Art Director, Beauty | Contract | London (Hybrid)

We're working with a globally recognised luxury lifestyle brand to find a Social Art Director, Beauty to join their team on an initial three month contract, starting immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior creative who lives and breathes the beauty world, and who knows how to translate that into content that actually performs on social. You'll be leading the creative direction across the brand's beauty social channels, working closely with the wider social, marketing, and production teams to bring beauty strategy to life in a way that feels native to each platform rather than bolted on.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the creative direction of social first beauty content across platforms
  • Bringing a strong, informed point of view on beauty trends, aesthetics, and storytelling formats
  • Concepting and executing platform native ideas, from tutorials and creator led content through to product storytelling and visual experimentation
  • Acting as Art Director on set for beauty shoots, with a real eye for lighting, texture, colour, and product representation
  • Capturing iPhone self shot content where needed, with a strong grasp of TikTok and short form video language
  • Developing and evolving the brand's social visual identity for beauty, keeping it consistent with wider campaign work
  • Working alongside Beauty Art Directors and Design teams to extend campaign and launch creative into social
  • Managing creative relationships with agencies, creators, photographers, stylists, and other collaborators
  • Turning briefs into compelling visual narratives through mood boards, references, and treatments
  • Making sure content is optimised for platform formats, pacing, and storytelling
  • Juggling multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders updated on timelines, progress, and risks
  • Using performance insights to shape and refine creative output
  • Mentoring junior creatives where appropriate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
