About The Role

Maent yn cael cysylltiadau cryf rhwng asiantaethau, yn enwedig gyda Iechyd, ac ar hyn o bryd maent yn gweithio’n rhanbarthol i fuddiannau plant anabl a’u teuluoedd.
Fel Swyddog Gofal Cymdeithasol byddwch chi’n cefnogi plant bregus, pobl ifanc a’u teuluoedd/gofalwyr, mewn cydlyniad â’r ddeddfwriaeth, canllawiau, rheoliadau a safonau cenedlaethol priodol. About You
- Experience of working with children, young people and their families.
- Experience of working in a team.
- Experience of collating information and providing reports.
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of vulnerable children.
- Knowledge of child development.
- Knowledge of different methods of engaging with children and young people.
- Experience of working with disabled children and young people.
