Role: Team Leader
Location: Castleford, Wakefield
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £15 per hour
You won’t just manage people. You’ll lead by example. You’ll inspire our teams to fulfil lives. If you want a role where you will develop people, then this is where you belong.
What you’ll do
- Get to know the people we support, their preferences and goals, and champion what’s important to them.
- Build a positive and person-centred environment.
- Grow and champion our Support Workers.
- Build rotas to make sure the teams covered.
- Keep all support plans up to date so each person receives tailored support.
- Make sure we are compliant and delivering support safely.
- Bring in new team members and support them to thrive.
- Team up with our HR tribe to make great things happen.
