Become a Team Leader with Millennium Support.

Role: Team Leader

Location: Castleford, Wakefield

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Pay: £15 per hour

You won’t just manage people. You’ll lead by example. You’ll inspire our teams to fulfil lives. If you want a role where you will develop people, then this is where you belong.

What you’ll do

  • Get to know the people we support, their preferences and goals, and champion what’s important to them.
  • Build a positive and person-centred environment.
  • Grow and champion our Support Workers.
  • Build rotas to make sure the teams covered.
  • Keep all support plans up to date so each person receives tailored support.
  • Make sure we are compliant and delivering support safely.
  • Bring in new team members and support them to thrive.
  • Team up with our HR tribe to make great things happen.
