What you'll be doing

As a Social Commerce Specialist for TikTok Shop, you will play a pivotal role in driving Boots' social commerce strategy. You will connect social content, creators, and affiliates to enhance our presence on TikTok, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into commercial success. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about TikTok and understands the nuances of social commerce.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the social and marketing plan supporting TikTok Shop, collaborating with various teams.
  • Build a comprehensive TikTok Shop content calendar aligned with key brand and trading moments.
  • Ensure TikTok Shop activities are native to the platform and integrated with Boots' overall social strategy.
  • Develop creator guidelines and toolkits to empower affiliates and creators.
  • Identify and fill gaps in affiliate content to enhance quality and variety.
  • Review content performance and use insights to refine future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Paid Social and Performance Media teams to amplify high-performing content.
  • Track social commerce KPIs and provide regular updates on performance.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Experience in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and what makes content successful on the platform.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and briefing skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
