Social Commerce & Ecommerce New Markets Specialist
Location: London (Battersea Power Station) / Hybrid - 3 days per week in person
About the role
The Social Commerce & Ecommerce New Markets Specialist is responsible for supporting the launch, growth and optimisation of SharkNinja's social commerce and ecommerce presence across new and emerging markets. This is an exciting, high-impact role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a passion for digital commerce and the ability to navigate the complexity and opportunity that comes with building in new markets from the ground up.
What you will do
New Market Launch & Development
- Support the end-to-end launch of TikTok Shop and ecommerce operations in new markets, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure launches are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Develop market entry frameworks and launch playbooks that enable consistent, scalable expansion across new territories.
- Conduct market research and opportunity analysis to inform prioritisation, channel strategy and go-to-market planning for new markets.
- Monitor new market performance post-launch, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and address challenges quickly.

Ecommerce Operations
- Support the setup and optimisation of ecommerce operations across new markets, ensuring product availability, content quality and customer experience meet SharkNinja's standards.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotional activity and digital shelf optimisation across relevant ecommerce platforms in new markets.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to ensure product availability is aligned with market demand and launch plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and regional teams to ensure new market activity is aligned with commercial priorities and operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with TikTok Shop and platform partners to maximise support, visibility and growth opportunities in new markets.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on new market dynamics, TikTok Shop developments and emerging ecommerce opportunities.
What success looks like
- Successful, on-time launches of TikTok Shop and ecommerce operations in new markets.
- Strong and growing GMV and revenue performance across new market channels.
- Scalable launch frameworks and playbooks embedded and reused across market expansion activity.
- New markets established as commercially productive channels within SharkNinja's global digital estate.
What you will have
- 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital trading or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or a comparable social commerce platform is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting or leading market launches or expansion projects in a digital or ecommerce context.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple markets and workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and markets.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for digital commerce and emerging markets.
- Experience working in a global or multi-market environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
