Social Commerce Executive

We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially driven Social Commerce Executive to support the growth and day-to-day trading of our TikTok Shop business across the UK.
Working within our DTC Trading team and reporting to the UK Social Commerce Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in e-commerce trading, sales execution and platform management, helping to maximise product visibility, conversion and revenue.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has experience in e-commerce, online trading, marketplaces or digital sales and wants to develop their career in the fast-growing social commerce space.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day trading and growth of our TikTok Shop activity, working closely with internal teams, agencies, creators and affiliates.
Key responsibilities include:
- E-commerce Trading – Manage and maintain product listings, descriptions, imagery, pricing, promotions and availability, ensuring products are accurately presented and optimised for conversion.
- Sales & Promotions – Support vouchers, flash sales, discounts and campaign launches, ensuring activity is accurately set up and delivered on time.
- Performance & Reporting – Track sales, conversion, product and campaign performance, using data to identify opportunities to improve results.
- Live Shopping – Coordinate TikTok Live Shopping activity, including live calendars, product selection, promotional mechanics and agency/creator coordination.
- Affiliate & Creator Management – Support affiliate activity and creator campaigns, including product seeding, sample requests, content delivery and communications.
- Platform Administration – Ensure product and campaign information is accurate and up to date across TikTok Shop.
- Cross-functional Working – Work with DTC, marketing, sales and agency teams to deliver activity against wider commercial objectives.

About you
We’re looking for someone with a commercial and e-commerce mindset who enjoys working with products, promotions, sales data and online trading.
You’ll ideally have:
- 6-12 months’ experience in e-commerce, online trading, marketplace management, digital sales or a commercially focused digital role (internships/placements included).
- Experience supporting product listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns or online stores.
- An understanding of how online channels drive traffic, conversion and sales.
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with experience using spreadsheets or reporting tools.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- An interest in TikTok Shop, social commerce and the wider e-commerce landscape.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a similar field.

Social media or influencer marketing experience is not essential. Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, eBay or other marketplace/e-commerce platforms would be advantageous.
