We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing retail brands that's making a real impact in the home and lifestyle space. With a strong reputation for trend-led, affordable products and an impressive track record of success across social commerce, they're now looking for a Social Commerce Executive to help accelerate the next stage of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious business where you'll have genuine ownership, the chance to shape strategy, and a direct influence on a rapidly expanding revenue channel.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and growth of the TikTok Shop.
- Optimise product listings, promotions, and campaign performance.
- Source and manage affiliate creators to drive sales.
- Work with agency partners to deliver successful live shopping events.
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with TikTok and internal stakeholders to maximise results.
- Ensure platform compliance and stay ahead of TikTok trends and updates.

Role Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop.
- 2–3 years' experience in eCommerce / social commerce or marketplace management.
- Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Knowledge of TikTok trends, live shopping, or retail brands is advantageous.
