Company Description
Rodd’s was born from a simple frustration: bottled iced coffee that never actually tastes like iced coffee. So, we set out to fix it. While our competitors all focus on similar outcomes, we focus on what really matters: innovative, fresh, natural, barista-quality iced coffee that’s genuinely refreshing. Cold from the moment it's brewed to the moment you drink it. No nonsense. Just iced coffee in a bottle that tastes like iced coffee not in a bottle.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Content & Community Manager to join Rodd's and help shape what the brand looks, sounds, and feels like online.
You’ll be right at the heart of our social presence: creating content, building our community, spotting what’s happening culturally and making sure Rodd's is part of the conversation in a way that feels natural — never forced.
What you’ll do:
- Make things people actually want to see.
- Plan, create and publish social content across our key platforms, from reactive moments and trends to bigger campaign ideas.
- Know what’s happening.
- Stay close to culture, internet behaviour, trends, humour and the conversations our audience actually cares about. You’ll know what’s worth jumping on — and, just as importantly, what isn’t.
- Build the community.
- Social isn’t just about posting. You’ll be talking to people, starting conversations, understanding what our audience loves and helping turn consumers into proper Rodd's fans.
- Keep us sounding like us.
- You’ll help develop and protect Rodd’s voice across social. As we grow, you’ll make sure we never lose the personality that got people interested in the first place.
- Make the numbers useful.
- Track performance, understand what’s working (and what definitely isn’t), and use data, platform insights and social algorithms to make our content better.
- Make good stuff happen.
- Work closely with the wider marketing and brand teams, support campaigns and launches, and collaborate with creators and partners to bring ideas to life.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’re probably:
- Naturally funny, culturally switched-on and very online.
- Someone with genuinely excellent creative taste.
- The person in the group chat who always finds the good stuff first.
- Able to spot a trend before it becomes completely unbearable.
- Obsessed with understanding why people engage with content, not just whether they did.
- Comfortable turning an idea into something people can actually see, share and talk about.
- As happy looking at social analytics as you are coming up with the next idea.
- Confident enough to have an opinion, but collaborative enough to know when someone else has a better one.
- Curious about people, culture, brands and what makes the internet tick.
- Able to keep a brand feeling authentic while helping it grow.
The important bit
This isn't a role where you'll be handed a content calendar and told to fill it. We want someone who has ideas. Someone who sees something happening online and immediately thinks, we should do something with that. Someone who understands that great social isn't just about chasing trends — it's about having a point of view.
