Creative technology. Generative AI. The future of filmmaking.
We're working with an ambitious creative technology business developing an AI-native production platform that's helping reshape how films and content are made.
With the technology already proven in professional production environments, the business is now entering an exciting stage of commercial growth.
We're looking for a hands-on Social Content and Marketing Manager to help build visibility, engage creative audiences and generate interest in the platform.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to spend their time building elaborate marketing strategies or managing agencies. We need someone who enjoys the creative and executional side of marketing, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn interesting developments into content that starts conversations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- You'll be a strong writer with good creative instincts, comfortable making technical subjects interesting and accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Importantly, you'll be someone who actually enjoys producing content, rather than simply directing others to do it.
- An understanding of generative AI and its impact on creative production would be advantageous, but genuine curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matter just as much.
