Social & Content Assistant | Ecommerce Brand
Lancashire | £28,000-£32,000 | Full-Time
Zachary Daniels are working exclusively with a growing consumer and ecommerce brand to recruit a Social & Content Assistant to join their marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media and wants to build a career in content, fashion, lifestyle and digital marketing.
You'll help create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and other social channels, supporting campaigns, shoots, launches and day-to-day content activity.
The Role
As Social & Content Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and scheduling social content across key platforms
- Producing TikToks, Reels, Stories and short-form video
- Writing engaging captions and social copy
- Supporting shoots, content days, campaigns and launches
- Filming content both behind and in front of the camera
- Spotting emerging trends, sounds and social formats
- Bringing fresh content ideas to the wider team
- Supporting influencer, creator and UGC activity
- Monitoring engagement and helping improve content performance
- Maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone creative, proactive and genuinely passionate about social media.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram
- Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- A good understanding of what makes social content perform
- Strong awareness of social trends and digital culture
- Confidence appearing on camera when needed
- Strong organisation and plenty of creative ideas

- £28,000-£32,000, depending on experience
