We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Qatar Airways, Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA, Prime Video Sport, DHL, and Jim Beam.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as we deepen our partnership with an established, long-standing client: one of the world's leading airlines. We are seeking 3 (three) talented Social Creatives to help shape the next chapter of that work.
- Social Content Creative (Aviation)
- Social Content Creative (Travel and Culture)
- Social Content Creative (Sport)
This isn't just a content role. You'll work on one of the world's most recognisable brands across its full social ecosystem, from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to Facebook, X and LinkedIn. You'll also help activate a world-class sponsorship portfolio in sport and beyond, from football to Formula 1, finding authentic ways to connect the brand with fans and travellers everywhere.
You'll help lead the creative direction of the brand's social channels and content, bringing your own specialism to the wider team, whether that's aviation, travel and culture, or sport. Above all, you'll share our passion for global brand building, aviation, sport and content.
About you
- Significant agency experience
- A deep passion for global brand building, aviation, sport and content, including an understanding of the creative, cultural and commercial nuances of growing a global brand on social
- Proven ability to nurture and support colleagues, sharing knowledge and raising standards across the team
- Brand and sports experience, with a strong understanding of how to build brand value
- Experience being the master of the social content process from conception to completion
- Motivated by collaboration and able to communicate effectively with all clients and all agency disciplines
- A proactive, positive can-do approach and able to motivate the wider team
- Champions the agency's social and creative services and connects these with our clients' needs
- Acts on initiative and experience, within a fast-paced creative environment
- Keen to teach as well as to learn, while having a thirst for knowledge to stay in touch with the latest technologies, editing styles, trends and best practice
- You're passionate about effective creative outputs irrespective of channel
- You're passionate about how our industry can positively affect change around sustainability and DE&I

Key responsibilities of the role
- Bring a leading airline brand to life through social-first storytelling, creating engaging video, motion and static content
- Always think platform-first, adapting styles, framing, pacing and storytelling to suit TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other emerging social formats
- Champion creative quality and social best practice, helping teams understand what makes content work natively on each platform and pushing creative standards forward
- Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, using editing tools like CapCut and the Adobe Suite to enhance and package content for social
- Own the end-to-end process from ideation to publication, managing digital assets, footage, selects and project files to ensure everything is organised, accessible and ready for post-production
- Generate fresh social-first ideas, identifying creative opportunities, reactive moments, trends and platform behaviours that can turn everyday moments into engaging content
- Write expert social-first content briefs that can be easily interpreted and delivered at pace
- Stay plugged into culture and ahead of the social curve, monitoring emerging trends, formats, creators, memes, editing styles and audience behaviours, and finding inventive ways to adapt them to the brand's unique objectives
- Champion the client brand with an in-depth understanding of its products and values
- Plan and deliver social coverage across major events, developing content plans, shot lists and publishing schedules while remaining agile enough to react to the unexpected
- Operate confidently in fast-paced, live environments, capturing real-time content on the ground and remotely while balancing speed, creativity, brand requirements and production quality
- Understand and engage audiences on priority platforms, using inventive platform-specific community tactics to make the community feel like a valued and authentic part of the output
- Develop, evolve and be the guardian of a distinctive social tone of voice, ensuring content remains consistent, recognisable and aligned with brand personality, values and wider social strategy
- Collaborate across creative, production, account and strategy teams, ensuring ideas move seamlessly from concept to shoot, edit, approval and publication
- Understand the value of influencers and content creators in this category, working with the Influencer team to deliver high-quality, brand-specific content
