About The Role

We are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our Social Content Team. In this role, you will produce highly engaging, social-first video content that drives strong engagement across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Working both collaboratively with a supportive team of strategists, producers, and videographers, and independently as a proactive, self-shooting editor, you will be able to bring social ideas to life from concept to final cut. If you have the drive to independently ideate, shoot, edit, and shape the future of our social presence, we want to hear from you!

  • Salary Band: £36,000K to £56,900K
  • Expected salary: up to £48K, depending on the experience you would bring to the role
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Working pattern/flexible working: Hybrid approach with around three days a week in the office
  • Location: London Head Office campus in Pimlico (with travel for content creation)
  • Next Steps: Upload a recent portfolio/examples of your work, CV, and answers to the application questions. Initial shortlist for a virtual Portfolio review. Successful candidates invited to a formal interview to present a small project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end content creation with platform-native production expertise through in-app editing, text overlays, and creator-focused tools.
  • Leverage an innate understanding of internet subculture and emerging trends to rapidly translate viral concepts into brand-aligned content.
  • Utilise mobile videography and audio equipment to capture clean footage while either directing internal talent or appearing on-camera with confident voiceovers.
  • Independently manage production timelines on location and craft compelling, platform-tailored social copy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
