ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly creative Social Content Creator & Graphic Designer to lead the day-to-day creation of INORA’s social content. This is a hands-on freelance role for someone with a sophisticated design eye who can move fluidly between graphic design, social first storytelling, motion, video editing, and emerging AI creative tools. You will take existing brand assets, campaign photography, and product imagery and continually reinterpret them into compelling social content, while also developing original creative concepts from scratch.

We are looking for someone with exceptional visual judgment who instinctively knows what feels premium, restrained, and desirable, and possesses a pre-existing understanding of the visual language of luxury. You understand that beautiful content is not enough; it needs a strong idea, a reason to stop, and an understanding of how creative performs on social.

The Role Description

  • Conceptualise, design, and produce social first creative across Instagram and TikTok, including static graphics, carousels, Reels, Stories, short form video, and motion assets.
  • Create sophisticated graphic design assets that maintain and evolve INORA’s visual identity across social.
  • Transform existing campaign photography, product imagery, and brand assets into fresh, engaging social content.
  • Develop original creative concepts and recurring content formats that build a distinctive and recognisable social presence.
  • Translate scientific, educational, and product information into visually compelling, accessible content without compromising the premium expression of the brand.
  • Create and edit short form video, product content, behind-the-scenes footage, and social first motion.
  • Use AI creative tools to experiment with motion, imagery, and new creative formats while ensuring output remains elevated and authentic to the brand.
  • Work closely with the Digital Brand & Marketing Manager on the overarching content calendar, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
  • Respond to briefs while also proactively bringing forward new concepts, references, and creative ideas.
  • Support wider brand campaigns with graphic design and digital assets as required.
  • Adapt and iterate creative based on social and paid performance, understanding which concepts, hooks, and formats are resonating.
  • Maintain an exceptionally high level of visual consistency and attention to detail across every piece of content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
