Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious Content Manager / Creator with the strategic mind of an Account Manager and the hands-on skills of a creative producer.
You’ll be a powerhouse of content ideation, direction, and production – from concept through to polished delivery. You must live and breathe social media, understand how content performs across platforms, and bring creative energy and executional excellence to everything you do.
We are looking for someone who thrives on being – a doer, a maker, a visual storyteller.
You’ll be crafting content that cuts through the noise, resonates with audiences, and drives engagement. Think TikTok’s, Reels, carousels, brand films, motion graphics, social campaigns and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Content Development: Ideate, script, storyboard and pitch bold content ideas that align with brand and campaign objectives.
- Content Production: Shoot, direct, and edit compelling short-form and long-form content for a range of social platforms.
- Post-Production: Edit and animate content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You know how to make content sing in post.
- Social-First Strategy: Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours to shape relevant and high-performing content.
- Client Communication: Strong client facing experience, and confident in presenting ideas, respond to briefs, and incorporate feedback to elevate final outputs.
- Project Management: Work closely with internal teams on content timelines, production schedules and delivery.
- Platform Execution: Ensure assets are optimised for the right channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and understand best practices for each.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
