About the Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive and highly organised Social Content Creator to bring our brands to life through engaging, educational and inspiring content.
Working across London Women's Clinic, Kind iVF, London Sperm Bank and related brands, this role will be responsible for creating compelling social-first content that builds trust, increases engagement and supports patient acquisition.
The successful candidate will be a natural storyteller, confident creating both video and photography content, comfortable working with patients and clinicians, a clear communicator that is happy being on camera, and passionate about creating content that informs, inspires and connects with audiences.
This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, initiative and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practice.
What You Will Do
Content Creation
- Create engaging social-first content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Capture and edit high-quality video and photography content.
- Ideate and produce reels, short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and educational content.
- Create content that supports brand campaigns, events and commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain a library of social assets.
- Be able to present on camera, including explainer videos, clinic tours, event coverage and social-first content series.

Storytelling & Patient Content
- Identify opportunities to showcase authentic patient stories and experiences on social.
- Work sensitively and professionally with patients, donors and families to create engaging content.
- Support the development of case studies, testimonials and advocacy content.
- Bring brand campaigns and initiatives to life through social storytelling and strong visuals.
Social Media Support
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Content Copywriter to deliver social content plans across all brands.
- Support the creation of monthly content calendars.
- Schedule all social posts on Sprout Social and analyse metrics.
- Monitor social trends and identify opportunities for timely content.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators and brand advocates.
- Support the development of creator partnerships and ambassador programmes.
- Coordinate influencer content and activity.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Events & Content Capture
- Travel to attend events, exhibitions, open days/evenings and clinic activities as required.
- Capture content during events for live and post-event use.
- Work closely with the Events Manager to maximise content opportunities to promote events.
- Travel to regional clinics to create local social content.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Team, regional clinics and clinical teams.
- Support content requirements across campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure social content reflects business priorities and marketing objectives.

Reporting & Performance
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics providing a monthly report.
- Provide recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
- Identify content themes and formats that drive engagement and reach.
- Stay up to date with platform developments and emerging trends.
Portfolio required
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Experience creating content for social media channels.
- Strong videography, photography and editing skills.
- Experience creating short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively.
- Experience presenting or appearing in social content.
Desirable
- Experience working within healthcare, fertility, wellbeing or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working with influencers.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
