Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Performance, Channels & Markets

  • Optimise against media results: work with Paid Media & Digital to understand content and campaign performance, and adapt assets for continuous improvement.
  • Own the owned channels: set the strategic content direction across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels for every Baby brand.
  • Report and benchmark: run regular reporting and competitive content reviews, keeping the portfolio ahead on trends and platforms.
  • Support localisation: work with market leaders to adapt content, requests and campaigns for each market and plan.

What You Bring

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in social, content or digital creative, including leading a social/content or creative team inside a social-first business.
  • A related brand background: experience with baby, parenting, FMCG or family-first brands, in-house or agency, is essential.
  • A track record setting strategy: you've set paid social content strategy and optimised creative against media performance data before.
  • Hands-on platform expertise: Meta, TikTok and YouTube are your second language, including platform analytics.
  • Scaled video and static direction: experience directing content at scale across multiple markets, including localised adaptations.

Leadership & Mindset

  • A team builder: you mentor and grow intermediate and junior talent, and you're comfortable owning performance and development conversations.
  • Process-minded: you document and embed best practice so the team runs on process, not chaos.
  • Culturally switched-on: you spot trends and platform shifts before they show up in a report.
  • Standards-obsessed: you set the creative bar for the portfolio and hold every piece of work to it, including your own.
