We’re looking for a Social & Content Executive to join our eCommerce Social team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!

The Role

As a Social & Content Executive in our Organic Social team, you will take our Menswear channel to the next level. You will own the men's content strategy from the ground up, with the freedom to innovate and make a real impact. Your mission will be to position NEXT as the go-to, credible destination for men's fashion, driving positive perception and building an engaged community.

This is a pivotal role offering the chance to make a tangible impact on the growth and perception of NEXT Menswear. You'll have the autonomy to execute and develop a strategy, get creative and be at the forefront of our social innovation!

If you live and breathe social media, have a great eye for menswear and know how to turn data into game-changing content, this is the role for you.

What You'll Take On

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the full content lifecycle.

  • You will execute the organic content strategy for menswear. You'll define our unique USP (our 'why') and ensure every post drives us towards that goal.
  • Plan and deliver a packed, effective content calendar. A key part of this will be creating and self-shooting your own lofi, social-first assets designed for high reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with the PR team to align on influencer and celebrity content as well as Trade to ensure our content is commercially informed.
  • Deliver clear, creative briefs for content creators and ambassadors, as well as helping coordinate studio shoots.
  • Use your excellent knowledge of the menswear market to ensure we're promoting the right products at the right time, with a close eye on stock levels and business objectives.
  • Deep dive into data using our social management tool - conducting regular analysis to understand what’s working (and what isn’t!), to constantly optimize performance and hit our KPIs.
  • Run a robust test-and-learn framework, keeping us ahead of algorithmic changes and consumer behaviour. You'll also be our eyes and ears, benchmarking against competitors and spotting new industry trends and formats to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
