We are looking for a Social Content Graphic Designer to join our talented team, in the heart of London's West End.

Role Overview

As a Social Content Graphic Designer, you will be part of the wider social media and content team, helping in all aspects of the graphic design and creation of social content for our clients.

An ideal social designer is someone who enjoys playing within the box of brand identity to create new social solutions, working in a fast-paced environment and pushing their skillset forward.

Must have a strong visual eye for design and enjoy creating engaging content whilst adhering to a brand identity, ensuring individuality across AKA’s range of clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of innovative and engaging static and animated content and video editing for social media channels against client briefs and social strategy.
  • Shape and adhere to the correct tone of voice and deliver on-brand content.
  • Generation of new, creative ideas and involvement in content brainstorms.
  • Create content brand guidelines per client.
  • Present and circulate updates in the weekly social meetings regarding competitor analysis and industry content highlights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
