About Legends Global

Legends Global is redefining excellence in sport, entertainment and live events. With unrivalled expertise and international reach, we provide end-to-end solutions – from venue development and event programming to revenue strategy and hospitality.

We take a 360-degree, data-driven approach across Partnerships, Hospitality, Merchandise and Attractions, working with leading clients to deliver outstanding experiences that resonate worldwide.

Our organisation is committed to fostering an inclusive and forward-thinking environment where diversity drives innovation and collaboration. Guided by our values of Align, Scale, Connect, Team and Win... we create a culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

The Venue

A true powerhouse of live entertainment, AO Arena is one of the enigmatic indoor arenas on the planet, welcoming more than 30 million fans since 1997. From era‑defining music moments to major sporting spectacles, the arena sits at the heart of Manchester’s global reputation for live events. Following a £50 million transformation, AO Arena continues to set the standard of live entertainment both in Manchester and on the world stage.

About the Role

In a pivotal time in the AO Arena’s iconic history, the team is looking for a creative, culturally connected and digitally ambitious Social & Content Manager to lead the next chapter of our digital presence.

This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for turning our incredible range of events into compelling content. From world-class artists and unforgettable sport, comedy, family entertainment, our extensive premium hospitality portfolio and the people behind the scenes, there is a huge opportunity to make AO Arena feel like more than Manchester’s favourite venue, but a community people want to be part of.

You will own the day-to-day social calendar and editorial approach across our channels, with a particular focus on growing our presence on TikTok, Instagram and other short-form platforms.

This is not a role that sits behind a desk waiting for content to be briefed. You will be out at shows, backstage and across Manchester, spotting stories, capturing moments and creating content in real time.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, identifying opportunities, filming, editing, publishing, managing creators and using data to continually improve performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
