About MUUSH

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to own, develop, and execute MUUSH’s content strategy across all channels. You'll have a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to have a real impact on a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Social
    • Own and execute MUUSH's organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, email, and web
    • Hands-on filming, photography, and editing for both organic and paid social
    • UGC & micro-influencer management
    • Lead and support with the planning and delivery of relevant brand partnerships, activations, and events
    • Support the founders with building their social media presence
    • Community management
    • Campaign budget management
    • Track and analyze content performance, producing regular reporting with clear insights and recommendations, adapting the strategy in line with findings
    • A clear understanding of what content is driving reach, engagement, audience growth, and, importantly, commercial impact

  • Cross Channel Content
    • Design POS, event signage, B2B sales decks, and other marketing collateral
    • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all customer-facing channels and marketing materials
    • Plan and write the MUUSH monthly newsletters
    • Write and develop blog content in line with the SEO strategy

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 2–3 years' experience in social media or content marketing
  • Understands social media beyond just posting – including strategy, formats, audience behavior, paid content, and performance
  • Is proficient with Canva + Capcut and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Is commercially minded and understands how creative activity translates into business results
  • Is a strong copywriter, able to adapt tone and messaging for different platforms
  • Has an eye for design, creative, and understands what stops the scroll
  • Is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Is confident filming and creating content themselves
  • Is hands-on and happy to get stuck in – we’re a small team, so you’ll be involved across all aspects of the brand, from filming and interviewing attendees at events to supporting with sampling and activations
