We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the trading card hobby. Someone who knows why a new Pokémon release matters. Who spots market trends before everyone else. Who understands collector culture, follows the biggest creators, and instinctively knows what content will get the community talking.

If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.

At Ace Grading, we're building one of the world's leading trading card grading brands. As we continue our international expansion, content sits at the heart of everything we do. It's how we introduce collectors to Ace, build trust, grow our community and strengthen our reputation around the world.

This isn't a content creation role. You won't spend your days editing videos or designing graphics. Instead, you'll be responsible for identifying the stories worth telling, planning our content strategy, briefing our creative team, and ensuring every piece of content is delivered at the right time, on the right platform, for maximum impact.

What you’ll do…

You'll own the strategic direction of Ace's organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Working closely with our designers, videographers, production team and wider marketing department, you'll:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
