Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social-first content across digital platforms.
- Support the development of creative ideas, concepts and campaigns.
- Produce content aligned with sports, culture and audience trends.
- Assist with short-form video, visual and written social content.
- Monitor emerging social trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Adapt content for different platforms, formats and audiences.
- Work closely with creative, social and account teams.
- Help maintain consistent quality, tone and brand presentation across content.

Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, sports, culture and digital content.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of major social platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to develop ideas and work collaboratively within a creative team.
- Comfortable managing multiple pieces of content and priorities.
- Examples of personal, academic or professional content work are beneficial.
- Previous agency or content-production experience is helpful but not essential.
