The Social Content Producer & Editor
The Social Content Producer & Editor is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this position, the individual will plan, produce, and edit social-first content across platforms, ensuring that all output aligns with client objectives and brand voice. Day-to-day tasks include ideating and scripting content, managing end-to-end video and asset production, editing social posts and copy, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The role also involves collaborating closely with PR, creative, and account teams, maintaining content calendars, and monitoring performance metrics to refine future work. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about sport, storytelling, and social media.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Content Production and Video Production skills, including planning, shooting, and editing social-first assets.
- Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, including managing content calendars and aligning output with campaign goals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate copy.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices for audience growth and engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work productively with internal teams and external partners.
- Relevant experience in sports, media, PR, or digital content environments, and proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) are beneficial.

Compensation and Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position

- Working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
