About Vita Coco
Vita Coco is the leading coconut water brand in the world, built on a simple idea: bring better-for-you, natural hydration to more people. Since starting in 2004, we’ve grown into a global business with teams in New York, London, and Singapore, and we’re now publicly traded on NASDAQ under COCO.
As a Public Benefit Corporation and Certified B Corp, we’re committed to supporting farming communities, sourcing responsibly, and building products that are better for people and the planet. We move fast, stay scrappy, and care deeply about doing the right thing.
We’re now looking for someone who’s excited to join a growing, purpose-driven company and help shape what comes next.
Our Values:
- Human First: We lead with inclusivity, transparency, and empathy.
- Nothing is Impossible: We experiment, learn, and keep moving forward.
- United by Our Will to Win: We stay aligned, work collaboratively, and push toward shared goals.
- Part of Something Bigger: We’re committed to uplifting the communities we’re connected to locally and globally.
About the Role
Vita Coco is looking for a Social Content Producer to help build our European Instagram, TikTok and paid social output into something people actually want to watch, share and remember.
This is a role for someone who understands that great brand social is not just “posting content”. It is entertainment, culture, timing, taste and knowing how to get the best out of creative people.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Digital Content Manager to produce content across Europe, managing in-house teams, external creatives, budgets, timelines and stakeholders to keep our channels moving. You’ll know how to speak the language of creative, how to turn a loose idea into something shootable, and how to wrangle the right people to make it happen.
One day you might be briefing a photographer in Germany, the next you might be shaping a TikTok creator brief, building a shoot plan in Amsterdam, feeding cultural learnings back to the marketing team, or working out how Vita Coco should show up around a moment everyone is suddenly talking about.
Responsibilities
Social Content & Culture
- Grow Vita Coco’s European Instagram and TikTok channels, building audience, engagement, relevance and distinctiveness.
- Manage our content calendars across owned social channels, ensuring content is aligned with the Digital team and wider marketing plans to champion our coconut water mission.
- Produce social-first content across Reels, TikTok, Stories and paid social – whether that’s a one-off in-house piece with our interns, or a full-scale shoot travelling across Europe.
- Spot what is working culturally across platforms in Europe, from formats and creators to humour, aesthetics, communities and behaviours.
- Translate cultural and platform trends into ideas that feel right for Vita Coco - not just social for the sake of it, but understanding the ultimate commercial outcome too.
- Build recurring formats and content franchises in line with our content strategy that make our channels feel more recognisable and worth coming back to.
- Bring a strong, varied and pan-European cultural taste to the role, helping shape what Vita Coco should stand for online.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

- Educate the wider team on platform behaviour, creator trends, competitor activity and how social is evolving across Europe.
- Work closely with the Influencer & Advocacy Manager so creator partnerships feed our owned and paid channels.
- Effectively manage and develop two Social Media Interns, setting clear priorities, providing regular feedback and supporting strong collaboration across in-office and remote working.
- Partner with Brand Managers across Europe to support launches, activations and market priorities in a way that still feels social-first.
- Collaborate with creative, paid, trade, sales and customer service teams to keep content joined up, useful and commercially relevant.
