The brand is a new global automotive brand under a Chinese automotive company, redefining modern mobility through elegant design, intelligent technology, and refined driving experiences.

Positioned as a premium lifestyle SUV brand, it combines sophisticated design, smart mobility solutions, and new energy technologies to meet the needs of modern consumers seeking comfort, innovation, and individuality.

As the brand expands into global markets, it is building local teams to shape its market presence, brand strategy, and customer experience.

Company is currently at the developing stage of the UK market. The company is looking for experienced local talents who understand the UK automotive market and can help build the brand market from the beginning. It is a great opportunity to join during the foundation stage and grow together with the company.

Responsibilities:

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

  • Identify creators and influencers aligned with the LEPAS brand.
  • Support influencer campaigns and creator collaborations.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs, approvals, and content delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and brand advocates.
  • Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for future collaborations.

Community Management

  • Build and nurture an engaged online community.
  • Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Encourage user-generated content and meaningful conversations.
  • Monitor community sentiment and escalate customer issues where appropriate.
  • Share community insights with the wider marketing team.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance.
  • Produce regular reports covering:
    • Engagement
    • Reach
    • Community growth
    • Video performance
    • Content performance
  • Use data and audience insights to improve future content and campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues across:
    • Brand Strategy & Partnerships
    • HQ Brand & Customer Experience
    • Events
    • Digital Marketing
    • PR
    • Retail Marketing
  • Ensure social content supports wider marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Social Media

  • Own the day-to-day management of LEPAS UK's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social-first content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Monitor platform updates, consumer behavior, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.

Content Creation

  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with LEPAS' elegant lifestyle positioning.
  • Create engaging social-first content including:
    • Reels
    • TikTok videos
    • Short-form video
    • Photography
    • Stories
    • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Capture content at vehicle launches, partnerships, and marketing events.
  • Adapt global assets into locally relevant content for UK audiences.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and production partners to deliver high-quality content.

Social Strategy

  • Contribute to the development of LEPAS UK's social media strategy.
  • Recommend new content formats, recurring content series, and creative campaigns.
  • Stay close to UK social trends and cultural moments.
  • Use performance insights to continuously optimize content.
  • Work closely with LEPAS UK's social media agency and creative partners.
  • Develop clear creative briefs.
  • Review content and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience creating engaging social-first content for consumer, lifestyle, technology, or automotive brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to test new ideas and learn quickly.
