About LEPAS

LEPAS is a new global automotive brand redefining modern mobility through elegant design, intelligent technology and refined experiences.

As we launch in the UK, we're building more than a new automotive brand—we're creating a lifestyle brand that people want to discover, engage with and be part of.

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Social & Content Specialist to help shape LEPAS UK's social presence from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, build a brand from the ground up and create content that genuinely connects with modern audiences.

If you're passionate about storytelling, social media and creative ideas, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This isn't a traditional corporate social media role.

We're looking for someone who understands how great brands behave on social media—not someone who simply schedules posts.

As Social & Content Specialist, you'll own LEPAS UK's organic social channels, helping shape our content strategy, create engaging storytelling and build meaningful relationships with creators and our online community.

Working closely with the Marketing Director and wider UK marketing team, you'll contribute to social strategy while remaining hands-on with content creation and execution.

You'll have the freedom to bring new ideas, experiment with formats and help define how LEPAS is introduced to UK consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Own the day-to-day management of LEPAS UK's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Plan, schedule and publish engaging social-first content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Monitor platform updates, consumer behaviour and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
