About MOUVE
MOUVE is a multidisciplinary creative studio based in London, bringing together film, strategy, branding and design.
We work with brands across food, hospitality, sport, lifestyle and culture, creating work designed around the brand, its audience and how people consume content today.
We’re looking for a Social Content Videographer & Editor to join our growing creative team.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role focused primarily on producing short-form content for Instagram and other social platforms.
You’ll be out shooting regularly, working across different brands, locations and environments, then taking that footage into the edit and turning it into strong, engaging social content.
We’re looking for someone who understands that a good Reel isn’t just a collection of nice shots. You should understand pacing, hooks, music, sound, transitions, storytelling and what makes someone stop scrolling.
You’ll work closely with MOUVE’s creative and strategy team, taking concepts and turning them into finished content while also bringing your own ideas to the table.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
A strong eye matters more to us than a long CV.
You should be confident behind a camera and equally comfortable sitting down and building the final piece in the edit.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of social-first content, particularly Instagram Reels, and an instinct for what makes content visually interesting without simply following every trend.
Experience with professional cameras, lighting and audio is important, alongside proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
You should also be someone who pays attention to what's happening in social content, advertising, film, music and culture and brings those influences into your work.
Most importantly, we want someone who is creative, reliable, fast when they need to be, obsessive about the details and hungry to improve their craft.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
