The Role
We're hiring a Social Copywriter to own the words on our clients' social channels. That means turning complex ideas into clear, engaging copy that people actually want to read, and doing it across different brands, platforms, and audiences.
We work with Web3 and emerging tech brands, and each one sounds different. You'll write across all of them: launch posts, X threads, founder content, live event coverage, and campaign copy. The pace shifts with each launch and campaign, so you'll need to prioritise quickly without letting quality slip.
You'll sit in the social team and work closely with our social media manager and creative team on anything that needs words.
The Day-to-Day
- Write always-on copy across several client accounts at once: posts, threads, captions, replies, and memes for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Jump on news and narratives as they break, with reactive posts that land while the moment is still live
- Translate technical launches, upgrades, and partnerships into posts a non-developer would actually read
- Ghostwrite for founders and execs on X and LinkedIn, in a voice they'd sign off as their own
- Write hooks, on-screen text, and short scripts with our videographer, so words and footage are planned together
- Pitch ideas into briefs and campaigns, not just execute what's handed to you
- Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) for research and first drafts, with the final words always yours
- Keep the team in the loop: flag blockers early and don't let work sit in drafts

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years writing social copy in an agency, an in-house team, or for your own audience
- Proof of work: live posts and threads you wrote, ideally for accounts you ran
- Range: you can write a meme, a founder post, and a product announcement in the same afternoon, and each one sounds right
- An editor's eye: clean, accurate copy, and you don't take feedback personally
- You can explain why a post worked, or why it didn't
- Web3 knowledge (DeFi, L1s and L2s, exchanges, Crypto Twitter culture), or a fintech or tech background and the curiosity to get there fast
- You're dependable: deadlines met, messages answered
