Social Creative (Midweight)

London (hybrid) | £40,000 – £47,000 | Full time

We're working with a well-established creative agency looking for a midweight Social Creative to join their social team.

This is a social-first role with a heavy focus on paid. You'll be making still, motion, and video content built for the platform it lives on — TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts — and you'll understand how creative actually performs once it's in market, not just how it looks in the deck.

What you'll be doing

  • Concepting and producing paid and organic social creative across all the major platforms
  • Turning briefs, campaign objectives, and audience insight into ideas that feel native rather than adapted
  • Bringing ideas to brainstorms — informed by what's happening in social culture right now
  • Using performance and creative learnings to iterate and sharpen content
  • Tailoring assets for different audiences, placements, and objectives within paid campaigns
  • Shooting social-first content on set and on location, self-shooting where needed (you won't be doing it alone)
  • Editing to a high standard in Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Juggling multiple briefs and delivering volume without dropping quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
