A brand new client of mine is looking for a creative who lives and breathes social…. because that’s exactly what they do too! This global agency specialises in influencer marketing, talent management, social media and content production and they are looking for an ideas led creative to join them and immerse themselves in this world (if you’re not already immersed!).
Like any good creative, you’re a strategist as well as a creative and know how to observe, research and find the insight that makes an idea land. Execution of course is important but it’s not your starting point.
You’ll originate social campaigns and social content for brands but also develop creative and strategic frameworks within which creators can bring their own content ideas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
