Social Creative
Are you the person who spots a trend before your group chat does? This is a chance to join the social team at a top creative agency whose work regularly wins awards and gets talked about well beyond the ad industry. As Social Creative, you'll turn big-brand briefs into scroll-stopping social ideas across a varied roster of household-name clients, and you'll see your work through from first scribble to final edit. If you've got 2-3 years of making great social content and a portfolio to show for it, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of social across integrated and social-first campaigns, as well as always-on organic content
- Concept, write and art direct platform-native ideas for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels
- Work with planners, account teams and partner agencies to shape joined-up social responses to client briefs
- Go on shoots alongside senior creatives to capture social content, and work closely with in-house editors, designers, directors and post-production partners
- Support senior members of the social team on new business pitches and creative presentations

Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years in a creative role with a strong social media output, whether agency, in-house, publisher or creator-side
- A portfolio or collection of produced social work showing some mix of concepting, copywriting, art direction, production and editing
- Ideally worked for finance brands, or have an interest in fintech
- In-depth knowledge of established and emerging platforms, formats and what makes content perform
- A solid understanding of the influencer and creator landscape
- Sharp, adaptable copywriting across a range of platforms and brand voices

- Lives and breathes internet culture and can tell a trend worth jumping on from one to leave alone
- A creative thinker who can unpick a brief and judge what makes a strong idea
- Organised and detail-focused, able to juggle several projects at once
- A confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas to people at every level
- A team player who's happy to get stuck in
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional festive closure and summer Fridays
