Social Creative Lead
Shoreditch, London | Hybrid
Simply Social is a growing social-first creative agency, bringing together strategy, creativity and production to help brands connect with people through content they want to watch.
We’re looking for a Social Creative Lead to develop standout ideas and help guide the work of our London creative team. Based at our Shoreditch office and studio, you’ll work across campaigns, always-on content and creator partnerships for ambitious brands.
The Role
You’ll take the creative lead on briefs, turning strategic thinking into ideas that feel natural on social. From entertaining scripts and repeatable formats to reactive content and bigger campaign concepts, you’ll help shape work that earns attention and delivers against the brief.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves coming up with ideas and making them happen. You’ll write, pitch, collaborate with creators and guide execution, while supporting other creatives with clear direction and constructive feedback for always on content for our retained clients.
What You'll Do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
