Social Creative Lead

£70,000 - £80,000
Central London
Hybrid, 3 days per week in the studio

Love social, but frustrated by being stuck executing someone else's ideas? This is a chance to lead creative thinking for global brands, shape the future of a growing agency and have a genuine voice in the work that gets made.

Our client is a creative content agency built around a simple belief: great work starts with a powerful insight. They partner with global brands to create ideas that live across social, content, campaigns, film, brand platforms and digital experiences.

Still intentionally small and highly collaborative, they're building a business where strategy, creativity, design and production work as one team. With ambitious growth plans and an impressive client portfolio, this is an agency where talented people can make a visible impact.

Our client is looking for a Social Creative Lead to help drive creative excellence across one of their flagship global healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development across the global healthcare account.
  • Develop social-first campaigns, content platforms and always-on creative programmes.
  • Turn audience insight, cultural shifts and platform behaviours into compelling creative opportunities.
  • Own creative responses and workstreams from brief through to delivery.
  • Write scripts, social copy, presentation narratives and strategic rationale.
  • Translate complex or technical subject matter into engaging and accessible creative ideas.
  • Present and sell creative work confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, producers and client teams.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Help shape the agency's creative standards and social-first capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why here, why now?

This is an opportunity to join a business at a genuinely exciting stage of growth.

Our client is not a large agency where roles are heavily defined and opportunities can take years to materialise. The team is small, ambitious and growing quickly, which means talented people are given real ownership and the chance to influence both the work and the direction of the business.

They are looking for people who can think strategically, contribute creatively and take responsibility for outcomes. People who succeed here are naturally curious, solution-oriented and comfortable moving beyond a narrowly defined job description.

If you want to spend your time creating thoughtful, insight-led work rather than chasing every trend, you'll be in good company. If you're ambitious and want your contribution to be recognised, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the business as it expands.

Most importantly, this is a place where great ideas matter, high standards are expected and talented people are trusted to make a difference.
