We’re looking for a rare combination: a social-first creative who thinks like a producer, plans like a platform strategist, and moves confidently through a complex network of stakeholders.
You’ll own the creative development and production of TUI’s social content in the UK & Ireland and the wider TUI Group - from the first idea, through the edit, to the insight that shapes what we make next.
Our customers discover, dream about and plan their holidays on social. Formats, algorithms and audience behaviour change month to month, so this role needs someone who can turn a brief into scroll-stopping, platform-native content at pace, understand exactly why it performed (or didn’t), and bring a wide group of people with them - across UK Marketing, TUI Group, destination and brand partners, and our in-house creative and production teams.
If you’re as comfortable shaping a TikTok series as you are presenting to a Group brand creative review, and you thrive in an environment that evolves as fast as the platforms themselves, this is the role for you.
The closing date for applications is Friday 16th October. The successful candidate would be required to work from our Luton office once a week.
Show us what you have created - alongside your application, please share a link to your portfolio, social channels or examples of work you're proud of.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
