Step into a role where your Paid Social strategy & creative expertise directly shape success for leading eCommerce brands.
Drive paid social strategy and creative execution
As a Social & Creative Specialist at s360, you will manage campaign execution, guide creative concepts, and lead Social strategy to drive performance across a portfolio of ambitious eCommerce clients, including names like Sephora, LEGO, schuh, Wrangler Jeans, and New Era. You will merge technical platform knowledge with advanced creative testing to run social campaigns that drive measurable revenue.
To give you an idea of how you’ll spend your time, the role spans four key pillars:
- Shape Social & Creative Strategy: Lead the Paid Social & Creative strategy for 5-6 clients. Developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans that align with commercial goals and identify opportunities to drive channel impact.
- Creative Analysis: Direct 5-6 clients on their creative delivery. Conducting competitor mapping to identify opportunity, and producing detailed concepts and briefs that align with platform best practice.
- Manage Campaigns: Drive daily performance across the likes of Meta and TikTok. Executing campaign set-up, accurate spend pacing, and continuous testing to optimise results based on real-time data and platform innovation.
- Report Actionable Insights: Analyse performance data and platform insights to report back to the client, working closely with Account Managers to translate data into effective solutions and clear narratives.
A creative mindset for eCommerce growth
You bring a creative approach to Paid Social, understanding the changing nature of Social platforms and the increased importance of creative strategy to drive results. Your creative insights are guided by strong platform knowledge, and an understanding of performance data and campaign strategy.
While we do not believe in rigid checklists, we imagine you bring the following to the team:
- Creative Strategy: Experience translating ad performance and brand goals into actionable creative briefs and hypothesis-led testing roadmaps.
- Platform Expertise: Proven expertise navigating platforms such as Meta and TikTok through a Paid Social lens. Experience across Pinterest and Snapchat is a benefit, but not required.
- Performance-Focused: A track record of driving Paid Social or Creative performance. Demonstrated ability to translate performance metrics into client-friendly insights, using platform dashboards, GA4 and third-party tools like Triple Whale.
- Social-First Thinking: Expertise in tailoring brand concepts into platform-native messaging and formats, ideally for D2C & Ecom brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
