Social Creative (2 Positions Available)

We're looking for Social Creatives to join an award-winning creative agency on an initial FTC, with the opportunity to become permanent.

These are social-first roles for creatives who genuinely understand how people consume content today. We're open to candidates with different strengths, whether you're a hands-on creator who loves getting behind the camera or an ideas-led creative who thrives on concepting and storytelling.

We're looking for either:

Social Creative (Shooter / Creator - Publisher EXP)

You'll be someone who can take an idea from concept through to execution. You'll have:

  • Strong self-shooting and editing skills
  • Experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms
  • A natural storytelling ability
  • Experience developing recurring content formats or series
  • Confidence working independently from brief through to final delivery
  • A strong understanding of what makes content perform on social

Social Creative (Ideas / Editorial)

You'll be an ideas-first creative with a strong editorial mindset. You'll have:

  • Excellent creative ideation skills
  • A strong understanding of social culture and platform behaviour
  • An editorial approach to storytelling and content
  • Experience developing concepts that are culturally relevant and audience-first
  • Confidence presenting and evolving creative ideas
  • A passion for creating work built specifically for social
