Wonderskin is a fast-growing brand with a growing global presence and a passionate community. We thrive on creativity, experimentation and pushing the boundaries of traditional beauty and we are now looking for a driven Social & Email Digital Designer to bring that spirit to life across every scroll, story and send.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will own the day-to-day visual output across our social channels and CRM, turning campaign concepts and product launches into thumb-stopping social content and beautifully considered email design.
It's a hands-on role that balances creative craft with fast, reactive delivery, working closely with our wider team of creatives to keep everything unmistakably Wonderskin.
The Role
As our Social & Email Digital Designer, you will own the day-to-day visual output across our social channels and CRM.
Working closely with our Social, CRM and Brand teams, you will turn campaign concepts and product launches into thumb-stopping social content and beautifully considered email design, always on-brand and always optimised for the platform.
This is a role for a beauty-obsessed designer who is as comfortable shaping a campaign as they are turning a reactive social post around in an afternoon.
What You Will Do
- Design social-first content — static, carousel, story and short-form video assets for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, tailored to each platform's format and feel
- Own email & CRM design — build engaging, responsive email templates and campaign creative that drive opens, clicks and conversion, working hand-in-hand with the CRM team
- Bring campaigns to life — translate seasonal, product-launch and briefs into cohesive creative across social and email touchpoints
- Protect and evolve the brand — apply and help refine our visual identity, keeping everything consistent, premium and unmistakably Wonderskin
- Move fast on reactive work — produce timely, culturally-aware content that lets us join conversations while they're happening
- Collaborate & iterate — partner with our Social, CRM, Growth and Brand teams, and use performance insight to sharpen what we make next

Requirements
Essential
- 3+ years' experience designing for social and email within a beauty or cosmetics brand (or a beauty-focused agency)
- A strong portfolio showing social-first and email/CRM design work for beauty or closely adjacent brands
- A genuine feel for the beauty category — the products, the audience, and the culture around it
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Asana and Figma
- Confident with motion basics — short-form video and simple animation (After Effects or CapCut)
- Sharp eye for typography, layout, colour and detail, with a real feel for brand
- Able to juggle multiple briefs and turn work around at pace without dropping quality
Nice to have
- Experience designing within an ESP / email platform (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Understanding of what performs on each social platform, and why
- Basic photography, retouching or content-capture skills
- Familiarity with designing for paid social as well as organic
