Job Description:

GiffGaff

Context: giffgaff have requested a bigger team to deal with the increased output that is planned on social this year: total investment going from annual income of £234,906.84 to £278,856.84. As part of that, they have signed off an additional Creator Account Manager at 100% FTE.

Revenue & Contractual Risk: £43,950 incremental fees (100% AM from May 2026 – December 2026) for this role have been signed off and a £234,906.84 wider retainer will be exposed if we’re not seen as delivering on the roles, hours and service approved.

People risk: The wider giffgaff retainer already covers 100% of the existing AD, AM and AE on the account so this work can’t be covered elsewhere. Waiting on this new role is already causing additional strain on the team who will likely become flight risks if we don’t staff accordingly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Wider portfolio risk: A BD is having to cover this open role which is inefficient when the client is only paying an AM rate and holds up new business opportunities that the BD would otherwise be working on or billable work at the higher rate. We have recently won new business on TK Maxx, which is going to be managed by a team already FTE at 100%. This will eventually impact performance but also means we have zero capacity to take on any new work and therefore deliver any new growth.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
